Terms and Conditions – Cashback

1. This offer entitles the end user to cashback on their Amazon Pay / Bank Account Or UPI. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method.
2. Any consumer purchasing a promotional product shall be eligible to receive a scratch card / unique code. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the scratch card (“Cashback Amount”).
3. By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
4. These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
5. If you are not a wallet partner registered customer, you will be required to register on the wallet partner website or Mobile App to receive your wallet cashback.
6. The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account No, Online Wallet Mob Nos, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.
7. All Participants agree that payment processing partner offering any unique codes/vouchers may at any time stipulate additional terms and conditions for redemption of the unique codes/vouchers and such terms and conditions shall be binding on the Participants and shall apply to every redemption of unique codes/vouchers by the Participants.
8. The payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the payment processing partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
9. The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes, if applicable may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the unique codes/voucher may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.
10. In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or Western India Cashew Co. Pvt. Ltd be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the unique codes/voucher including redemption requests not being honored by the payment processing partner.
11. In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd exceed the value of the unique codes/voucher as the case may be.
12. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bangalore.
13. The payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. The payment processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.
14. This offer is subject to promotional availability.

Terms and Conditions: Merchandise
1. Campaign Partner will ensure to supply product merchandise in good condition, However Campaign Partner & Western India Cashew Co. Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable/responsible for any defect in the product. The guarantee and warranty of the product shall be transferred, as received from the Manufacturer / Distributor.
2. The operational part of the scheme like handling and distribution of Prize, shall be managed by the Campaign Partner. However, promo product (Mobile phone worth Rs. 9999) will be distributed by Western India Cashew Co. Pvt. Ltd.
3. Product will be delivered within 45 business days after the details have been confirmed by winner to Campaign Partner.
4. Any complaints regarding the non-delivery of the product should be made within 7 days from the time of dispatch (intimated through E-mail/SMS) of the products by Campaign Partner
5. As a practice, courier companies try to deliver the product 2 times to the customer if at the first instance courier company couldn’t reach the customer for various of reasons such as (not limiting to) not at home, phone switched off, change of delivery address, wrong address etc. If the product is returned in such cases, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable to dispatch the product again.

6. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the facility shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.
7. Product once delivered cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
8. Campaign Partner will offer product warranty in case it is offered by manufacturer/distributor and all claims towards warranty need to be taken up with the manufacturer/distributor directly.
9. No request for change in color, size, model etc. will be entertained by Campaign Partner or Western India Cashew Co. Pvt. Ltd.
MakeMyTrip Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. The Gift card is valid for purchases made from MakeMyTrip only and is valid for a period of 6 Months from the date of purchase.
2. For Flights, Hotels & Holidays:
a. Can be redeemed online at www.makemytrip.com or on MakeMyTrip Android & IOS app. Please follow the steps listed below:
b. Select your Flight/ Hotel and fill required details till you reach the payment page.
c. On Website, click on "More options" and Select "Gift Card" as your Payment Mode. On Android and IOS app, choose Gift Card as the payment option.
d. Enter your Gift Card/ Card No. (16 Digit) and 6 Digit Pin No.
e. Click on "Make Payment" and Pay the Balance amount (if any) using other Payment Modes Listed.
f. Flights & Hotels are not redeemable offline.

3. This Gift card is not valid on Rail, Homestays and VISA.
4. Gift cards are valid on bookings made through MMT Mobile App.
5. In case of transaction failures after Gift Card is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 24 hours.
6. This Gift card/voucher cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by Makemytrip.com on app or website.
7. This Gift card is valid for partial redemption. Balance would remain in the Gift Card till the validity period and can be reused for multiple transactions.
8. Multiple Gift Cards (up to 3) can be combined and used on 1 transaction.
9. Products and services are subject to availability.
10. The Gift card cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
11. The Gift card validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.
12. Gift Card code/Physical copy or both to be provided at the time of booking along with an ID proof for the offline redemption.
13. MakeMyTrip is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
14. In case of cancellation of bookings made using the gift card within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the same card as used at the time of booking.
15. Users are required to save the gift card number and PIN to utilize this refunded amount as we will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new gift card number.
16. In case of cancellations where the gift card validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by the gift card.
17. MakeMyTrip is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
18. MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny accepting any Gift card if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
19. In no event the liability of MakeMyTrip for any claims shall exceed the value of the card.
20. In the event of any dispute, parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of New Delhi.
21. This is for individual use only, Travel agents found using the card would lead to cancellation of booking and no refund would be made.

23. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the Voucher i.e. Rs. 50000

General Terms & Conditions

1. This scratch card entitles you to an assured cashback of up to Rs. 100. The value of the cashback won will be mentioned post-registration of your unique code on the promotional website. Participants/users from Tamil Nadu will be eligible to receive Rs. 35 Cashback.
2. This offer is not available to employees of Western India Cashew Co. Pvt. Ltd and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients or agencies, trade partners, dealers and distributors, and their immediate family members.
3. The usage of this scratch card is incumbent upon the terms & and conditions to be followed by the scratch card holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the scratch card holder/purchaser.
4. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
5. The Promotion & contest shall run on the select SKUs only.
6. The offer is subject to availability and government regulations.
7. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
8. Only one unique code per booking will be entertained. Multiple unique codes cannot be booked together.
9. A maximum of one unique code can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, per account during the promotion period.

Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this scheme, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion and without any liability.
15. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the scratch card.
16. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
17. Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
18. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
19. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
20. This scratch card / Unique code has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
21. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. or Western India Cashew Co. Pvt. Ltd will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, scratch cards, unique codes etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
22. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. scratch cards/unique codes and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured offers.
23. Western India Cashew Co. Pvt. Ltd does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or by the cashback partners. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd marketing of such a product or service.
24. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged scratch cards and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
25. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
